Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) Information Text

Gastrolink Network (“Gastrolink”) attaches great importance to the security of its users' personal data. This privacy notice has been prepared to explain how your personal data is collected, for what purposes it is processed, and your rights within the scope of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”).

1. Data Controller
Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK), the data controller is the Gastrolink Network platform.

When you register or use the Gastrolink platform, the following personal data of yours may be processed:

• First and last name

• Email address

• Phone number

• Country and city information

• Job and industry information

• Information about the company you work for.

Your collected personal data may be processed for the following purposes:

Your personal data may be shared with the following parties, limited to the purposes stated above:

• technical infrastructure and hosting service providers

• analytics and security service providers

• service providers necessary for the platform to function

Your personal data will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Personal Data Retention Period
Your personal data will be stored for as long as your membership continues and for the periods specified in the relevant legislation. If you terminate your membership, your data will be deleted or anonymized in accordance with the legislation.

6. Your Rights Under the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK)
Under Article 11 of the KVKK (Turkish Personal Data Protection Law), you have the following rights:

• To find out whether your personal data is being processed.

• Requesting information regarding processed data.

• Requesting correction of missing or incorrect data.

• Requesting the deletion or destruction of your personal data.

• Objection to processing activities

• Claiming compensation for damages in case of unlawful data processing.
